Home based, covering North London and Home Counties 
 
£35,000 - £40,000 experience dependent plus bonus potential of circa £5,000, car and benefits package
 
Our client, a leader within their sector are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their high performing team.
 
Tasked with generating new business from the Estate Agency market the ideal candidate will have sold some kind of solution or product within that environment where you can evidence success.
 
Reporting directly to the National Sales Director you will be responsible for developing new relationships with prospective clients to ensure the company’s continual growth of market share, and overall influence on the UK market.

You will work to sign up new users within your designated sales area, and a key role will be to train, nurture and develop new accounts won.
 
To be successful you will need to understand the commercial nature of the product that my client delivers and match the requirements of the business with those of the company.

Skills & Knowledge
 
Previous experience in a business development role with a professional services business 
A demonstrable knowledge of the property market, the players within it, and the key developments affecting the housing market 
Highly numerate and analytical 
Strong data interpretation skills 
Accurate with good attention to detail 
Excellent communications skills – confidence in dealing with individuals of various seniority levels 
Understand and able to implement an agreed sales strategy plan for the acquisition of new introducers
