Circa £40,000 basic dependent on experience with an uncapped personal bonus of £50,000 (10% of you revenue) plus benefits package

Our client, a global event business that produce over 25 events in leading cities across the world which attract senior leaders within the workplace are looking for an additional sponsorship sales consultant to join their high performing team.

As their Business Development Manager/Sponsorship Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with leading organisations across a global portfolio of annual events focused on the workplace, strategy and technological innovation.

The Role

• Selling sponsorship and exhibition packages to new and existing clients.

• Attend the conferences and manage your clients onsite

• Source leads and close your own business

• Hit your targets, earn uncapped commission and earn bonuses

• Leading a small team and helping each individual achieve their personal objectives

Key responsibilities include

· Consulting with new and existing sponsors and exhibitors to create sales. 

· Identify new leads and produce a perpetual sales pipeline.

· Sell and grow revenue through strategic sales efforts.


· Strong academic (degree level) background with first class comunication skills, both written and verbal

· You are a proven salesperson who excels in an entrepreneurial environment.

· You are motivated by the potential of an uncapped commission structure and want to build long term client relationships with a product you will be excited to promote.

· You have strong cold calling and writing skills

· You are an excellent negotiator and solid closer

· You are assertive and confident in your overall abilities.

A team player and an effective but likeable communicator.
